My Path Wasn’t Easy at all...
I was never one of those women who was naturally slim, for years, I bounced from one diet or exercise plan to the next—each promising quick results, but none offering long-term solutions. I’d lose weight, but I always found myself right back where I started (or worse) after a few months because I got fed up of the restrictions and just wanted to LIVE a bit! I was constantly battling sugar cravings, emotional eating, and the overwhelming pressure to keep the weight off.
I vividly remember the days when I felt trapped in a never-ending cycle of restriction, extreme exercise and guilt. I was obsessed with fitting into the “perfect” body and measuring my worth based on the number on the scale. But despite all the effort, I still couldn’t find balance. I’d push myself to follow the rules of a new diet or workout routine, only to burn out, give in to cravings, and start all over again. It wasn’t until I realised that I needed to stop fighting my body and instead, work with it that everything began to change.
Over time, I learned that lasting transformation doesn’t come from extreme measures or willpower alone. It comes from building a healthy relationship with food, understanding how my body truly works, and focusing on long-term, sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. Now, I’m committed to helping women like you do the same—to stop seeing food as the enemy and to start feeling confident, balanced, and empowered in your own skin.
