Health coaching for emotional & binge eating
Stop the food noise, lose the shame, and find balance around food

Work with meOne to one, online, and built around your life.
Sound familiar?
You decide this is it. You’re going to be good from now on.
And you are, for a while. A few days. Maybe a few weeks.
But you’re thinking about food constantly. What you’ve had, what you’re allowed, what you’ll have later.
Then you’re on your own. Partner at work, kids out, nobody due back for hours. And it happens again.
You hide the wrappers. You promise yourself tomorrow will be different.
And you decide this is it. You’re going to be good from now on.
None of that is a willpower problem. It’s what dieting does.
Who you’d be working with
Hi, I’m Sarah
A Health Coach specialising in Emotional & Binge Eating & also a fan of people living their lives & having fun instead of agonising over food.
I’m based in West Yorkshire but work with women all over the UK (& even outside the UK).
My style is relaxed, informal & non judgmental. You’re already judging yourself & beating yourself up, you certainly don’t need to pay someone to do more of the same.
I’ve struggled with emotional eating myself & life has thrown me a fair few curveballs too. So I don’t judge.
Everyone has their demons & we are all just trying to do the best we can.
I’m an independent health coach. I work for myself. I’m not a corporate company & I’m not part of one. My clients aren’t just a number to me.
And when I’m not coaching you’ll definitely find me with a cat, since I also founded & run The Cat House Rescue in West Yorkshire.

“This programme has completely changed things for me”
I honestly didn’t think anything would help at this point, but this programme has completely changed things for me. For years I thought my weight was the problem, but I finally realised it wasn’t. I’d actually been stuck in a cycle of yo yo dieting for more than 30 years. Counting calories, restricting food and then beating myself up after a binge was just keeping the whole thing going. Even the constant food noise in my head was coming from all the diets I’d done over the years.
Six months later and I’m not bingeing anymore. I can have food in the house for my kids and not feel like I’m going to eat all of it. I’m also a lot less stressed and snappy, which has made a big difference at home. Things just feel calmer with my family now.
I feel like I can deal with life much better, and I’ve even lost weight without really trying. I genuinely didn’t think that was possible before. Sarah goes above and beyond and I’m so grateful to her.
