Hi, I’m Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a certified health and life coach who specialises in working with women struggling with emotional eating, but I wasn’t always in control of my habits.
For years, I found myself stuck in the exact same cycles my clients come to me with now. I’d eat chocolate and sugar late at night to cope with stress… skip meals during busy days… then spiral into guilt and promise I’d “be good tomorrow.”
I was juggling a business, running a cat rescue, managing 100 things at once, while quietly feeling like food was the one thing I couldn’t figure out.
I know what it’s like to be capable and high-functioning… and still feel ashamed about your eating habits.
That’s why I created Be Free Health Coaching to provide virtual, 1:1 coaching for women who sabotage their progress and need help with sugar addiction and emotional eating.
This work isn’t just professional, it’s deeply personal. My mission is to help other women break free from food guilt, stress eating and sugar cravings – so they can rebuild trust with themselves, get back in control of food and finally feel like themselves again.
