Break the Chocolate Cravings, Stop the Late Night Eating & Get Back to Feeling Like You Again
A 12 Week Private Health Coaching Experience for Women who Want to Find Peace With Food and End Emotional & Binge Eating for Good.
Is this you?
- Grabbing chocolate or crisps in the car on the way home.
- Saying “I’ll be good tomorrow” on repeat, even when you know it won’t stick.
- Eating “perfectly” all day… then overeating chocolate and sugar at night.
- Waking up bloated, ashamed, and already planning your next reset.
- Starting every Monday full of hope - and giving up by Thursday because life got in the way (again)
- Eating in secret and hiding the evidence from your partner or family.
You keep telling yourself you should “know better.”
But knowing better isn’t the problem. You already know what to eat, you just don’t do it.
You’re not alone — and it’s not a character flaw.
Your attempts to live a healthier life don’t fail because you’re lazy, undisciplined, or not motivated enough.
They fail because the traditional approach are only designed for short term results, not long term change.
And that’s exactly what The Food Freedom Method is designed to fix.
Introducing…
The Food Freedom Method…
A 12 week private health coaching experience designed to help you reduce food noise, overcome emotional and binge eating for good and get back in control around food.
This method is built on proven behavioural psychology – not willpower.
It teaches you how to recognise your emotional and overeating triggers, gives you practical tools you can use in real life to stop binging in it’s tracks and get in control around food… so you can finally follow through consistently, stop overeating & look after your health
Inside this coaching programme you will learn how to…
Reduce the late night binges or overeating.
Quiet the constant food chatter and negotiation with yourself about what to eat next based on what you already ate earlier.
The strategies you need to stop yourself being hijacked, so you don’t find yourself binging before you know what’s happening.
Uncover the emotional and habitual cues that are triggering your unwanted eating behaviours.
Intuitive eating skills to combat emotional eating & cravings.
To turn down the volume on the inner critical voice and build a more self compassionate inner voice in it’s place.
Self care strategies personalised for your real life to reduce stress & overwhelm (2 of the biggest triggers for emotional eating!)
Improve your body image so you no longer hide away from social events because you hate what you see in the mirror.
The science of building habits so the changes you make become permanent - rather than just another thing that starts off well and then stops working.
Is This Right For You?

“This programme has completely changed things for me”
I’m not bingeing anymore. I can have food in the house for my kids and not feel like I’m going to eat all of it. I’m also a lot less stressed and snappy, which has made a big difference at home. Things just feel calmer with my family now.
I feel like I can deal with life much better, and I’ve even lost weight without really trying. I genuinely didn’t think that was possible before. Sarah goes above and beyond and I'm so grateful to her.
“I saw a reduction in my binge eating after only a few weeks“
I have now overcome binge eating and have only had one episode in a whole year. I used to binge eat daily. I loved the pro active approach and I would highly recommend working with Sarah to anyone and have already recommended her to one of my girlfriends.
“I'm no longer spending all day negotiating with food”
I used to think about food constantly, what I should eat, what I’d already eaten, what I needed to eat tomorrow.
I’d be ‘good’ all day, then end up overeating at night and beating myself up. Working with Sarah helped me break that cycle. I’m now eating in a way that actually feels natural, no more tracking, no more guilt, and I’m not spending all day negotiating with myself about food.
How It Works…
The method uses a proven formula based on the psychology of behaviour change and is designed to give you the right structure, support & accountability to break free from your unhelpful eating habits.
Together we will work through the 5 phases for long lasting change.
Phase 1: Nutrition & Meal Timing
With busy lives, work stress and family it’s easy for us to get into port eating habits during the day. Skipping lunch because you’re busy, eating late because you’re playing taxi for the kids activities or just grabbing things as you go…
All of this can lead to cravings, unstable blood sugar and overeating at night when you finally get a minute to yourself.
In phase 1 we work on building you a flexible routine to eat regularly and keep your blood sugar levels stable, reducing cravings.
I can provide you with customised recipe collections and ideas that fit into your life – not a one size fits all approach.
During this phase alone, clients often begin to see a reduction in emotional and binge eating patterns as irregular eating plays a huge part in overeating.
Phase 2: Breaking down your auto pilot habits.
For many women binge or overeating feels like an out of body experience. Like they’ve been taken over and then they come to their senses and find the food wrappers all around them – thinking “why did I do that!”
That’s because emotional eating and binge eating type behaviours are habits.
There isn’t always some deep rooted trauma or emotional cause. Your brain has learned that you feel bad or tired and eating makes you feel better in the moment. So you eat on auto pilot without realising it.
In our sessions we work together to identify your personal triggers and autopilot habit loop. Then I teach you practical strategies and CBT to start breaking down those unwanted habits.
This work is crucial and is at the core of the Food Freedom Method. Many of my clients have already gone through therapy for their emotional and binge eating, and while helpful to understand themselves it failed to have an impact on their behaviour. That’s because understanding why you overeat isn’t enough, you also need to have the practical behaviour change and nutritional strategies to go alongside it. Fortunately, my coaching covers all three key areas.
In many of my clients this is when they see drastic changes.
Phase 3: Body Image
While it may not initially seem directly related to binge eating behaviours, it is often a key underlying driver.
Societal pressure on women to look a certain way fuels cycles of dieting and restriction which leads to binge eating behaviours. More recently, the growing focus on longevity and health has further intensified this pressure, leading many women to constantly think about food and exercise.
This ongoing focus and attempt to control food intake can actually trigger the binge eating behaviours women are trying to overcome. In this phase, you will work towards developing a more positive and balanced body image, even if that feels difficult to imagine right now.
The breakthroughs my clients get when we work on this are life changing.
Phase 4: Managing stress & building self care habits.
In Phase 4, we will focus on building self-care habits that support your overall wellbeing and mental health. Feelings of stress, being unappreciated, or having no time for yourself can often lead to seeking comfort or reward – typically in the form of food for a quick dopamine boost.
In this phase, you will learn practical ways to manage stress, create time for yourself, and structure your life in a way that reduces the need to rely on food for comfort or escape.
Phase 5: Ensuring change lasts.
You will learn the science behind building sustainable habits. We will work together to ensure that everything you have learned is fully implemented, allowing you to continue on your new path without falling back into old patterns.
The work we do is not designed for short term results, it’s designed for long term change.

A human being!
Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m a real human being who’s not only trained in emotional and binge eating coaching but I have also struggled with the exact same thing as you. I overcame it and I now help other women do the same. I’m not going to judge because I have done the exact same behaviours that you have. The difference with 1:1 coaching is you get to speak to a real person. It’s not generic recordings, it’s tailored specifically for your real life. That’s why my clients get such great results from working with me.
Customised Recipe Collections
Not a generic recipe book. I mean actual recipe collections tailored to your tastes and preferences. Struggling with meal planning and prep and can’t be bothered some nights? No problem I’ll create a collection of easy, no fuss recipes that you can do and you actually enjoy using. Need practical lunch ideas you can actually take to work (not the typical lunch recipes that take 45 minute to cook because nobody has time for that!) but real ones you can actually use. Then I’ve got that covered too.
Why this works when other things haven’t…
Slimming World, Weight Watchers, calorie counting, cutting carbs, fitness apps, tracking apps, “Eating clean”, fasting, weight loss jabs, slim pod, nutrition coaches, dieticians, therapy and everything else out there!
One thing after the other because you heard it was the best way to lose weight, only to end up in the car with a tray of Doughnuts, and all the weight back again.
But here’s why nothing stuck:
None of these things actually address the habit.
Emotional eating and binge eating type behaviours are a habit. They are something you do in response to a certain trigger, like an emotion or driving past the shops.
Your brain has learned that when you feel stressed eating a chocolate bar or 5 makes you feel better temporarily.
Overtime these behaviours become installed in our brains as subconscious habits we do without thinking.
That’s why you find yourself surrounded by wrappers thinking “why did I just do that”.
But diets, willpower and even therapy… non of them address that.
Which is why it’s common for women to come to me after going through therapy and years of trying to white knuckle it, but still find themselves emotional or binge eating.
Yet when they go through the Food Freedom programme they stop emotional and binge eating patterns because they broke down their unhelpful habits. They don’t just understand why they do it, they actually stop doing it.
Why I Created This Programme
I’m Sarah Parker, I’m from West Yorkshire and I’m a online emotional and binge eating health coach for women.
I gained my certification as a health coach and life coach with The Health Coach Institute in the US after struggling with emotional eating myself. I started as a general health coach and worked with women with ADHD before realising that they were all struggling with emotional or binge eating to some degree. I then underwent additional training to become a specialist in emotional and binge eating.
I don’t just understand emotional and binge eating from a professional standpoint, I also understand it from a personal perspective. I was once where you are now, I had the exact same struggles so I know what it’s like to be in your shoes. I overcame this, and now my mission is to help you do the same.
The Results My Clients Experience…
- Stop bingeing on sugar or carbs at night and wake up feeling proud, not panicked.
- Freedom from the constant food noise and mental acrobatics of calorie counting and negotiations with yourself about what you can and can't eat.
- Eat in peace - without feeling guilty, confused, anxious and obsessively weighing and counting everything.
- Handle food cravings without spiralling.
- Enjoy the food you love without losing control.
- Drive past the shops without stopping to go in and stock up on your favourite binge foods.

Here's what my clients have to say...
"I'm seeing big changes! I haven't binged in weeks!"
“I'm only halfway through the programme with Sarah and already I'm seeing big changes! I haven't binged in weeks, I can now go past the store without stopping to stock up on binge foods and I feel so much happier in myself. I can't believe the difference!”
"Six months later, I hiked 186 miles"
"I was in a rut before coaching. Sarah didn’t just give me advice - she helped me figure out what actually worked for me. The weekly sessions helped me stay accountable, and I noticed a huge mental shift. I felt more confident, more capable, and like I was finally making progress in a way that lasted.
Six months later, I hiked the entire Pembrokeshire coastal path - 186 miles in two weeks. That never would’ve happened without this coaching"
"I'm no longer spending all day negotiating with food"
“I used to think about food constantly, what I should eat, what I’d already eaten, what I needed to eat tomorrow.
I’d be ‘good’ all day, then end up overeating at night and beating myself up. Working with Sarah helped me break that cycle. I’m now eating in a way that actually feels natural, no more tracking, no more guilt, and I’m not spending all day negotiating with myself about food"
"I’ve lost weight without obsessing"
“Before working with Sarah, I’d come home from work, and eat whatever I could find after a long day, promising I’d start again tomorrow. I felt out of control around food, even though I knew exactly what I should be doing I just couldn't do it.
The weekly sessions kept me accountable, but more than that, Sarah helped me understand why I was using food to cope. I started planning my meals in a way that actually worked for my routine, stopped skipping lunch, and no longer spiralled with food at night. I’ve lost weight without obsessing and for the first time, I trust myself to keep going.”
"I no longer feel stuck"
“I’ve done every diet. I’ve hired personal trainers. I’ve tracked every calorie, carb, and step. But this was the first time someone helped me understand why I was eating the way I was. Once I saw that, everything shifted. I stopped bingeing on chocolate at night to cope with stress. I stopped feeling like I had to ‘start again' I no longer feel stuck. Now, I eat normally, I enjoy food without guilt and I actually trust myself to stay consistent. That’s never happened before.”

The full cost of the private emotional and binge eating coaching programme is £895 pay in full or 3x monlthly payments of £299. This includes all 12 private sessions, full video course, worksheets, CBT toolkit, customised recipe collections and in between session coaching support.
This is a private emotional and binge eating coaching programme designed to help you stop the cycles that are getting in the way of sustainable weight loss (like bingeing, sugar cravings, stress eating, and all-or-nothing habits)
While weight loss can absolutely be a result, we focus on first changing the behaviours, mindset, and emotional triggers behind food, so the progress you make actually sticks and leads to a reduction in binge eating, which has the knock on effect of helping with weight loss.
Most of my clients say that, right before they finally broke the cycle.
If you’ve done Slimming World, calorie counting, apps, fasting, “eating clean”… this programme was designed for you.
We go underneath the surface to change the patterns no diet ever addressed. This is like nothing else out there.
No. This isn’t about rules, it’s about real-life tools.
Instead you’ll learn how to eat in a way that’s healthy, enjoyable, and fits into your real life – without having to track every bite or give up the foods you love. If needed I can provide customised recipe collections to suit your tastes and schedule, but these are not a diet or meal plan.
Yes. Many of my clients come to me for help with weight loss support—but they’ve realised the issue isn’t knowing what to eat.
It’s the 9pm spirals. The sugar cravings. The weekend binges that undo all their effort.
We focus on changing the patterns that are keeping you stuck, so that any physical changes you make actually last.
It’s absolutely ok if you have a holiday booked within the 90 days. In fact, it can be really beneficial. The Mind & Body Coaching Programme is designed for real life, so our sessions can support you and give you the real life tools you need to enjoy food on holiday without guilt and shame.
I try to be as flexible with sessions as I can. I have Saturday and evening appointments available. I ask for 24 hours notice of a cancellation. It’s really easy to reschedule an appointment through your online client portal, you can book and reschedule appointments online.
Therapy can be very beneficial for binge or emotional eating providing the therapist is trained in this area (few are sadly). But therapy alone doesn’t stop the binge eating behaviours. Therapy works on the basis that if you understand the root cause of something then you stop doing it. Unfortunately in emotional and binge eating it rarely works that way. Because the therapy hasn’t addressed the nutrition component or the habit/ behavioural component. Emotional and binge eating is a result of irregular eating and/ or a habit. Your brain has learned along the way that when feeling bad/ upset/ emotional, you eat and you feel better. It’s stored that loop as a habit that now works on auto pilot. When working with clients I help them map out their triggers and breakdown these subconscious habits.
Health coaches work with clients on behaviour change. That’s what we do. We are the ones that help when you know what to do but don’t do it, plus we have the nutritional knowledge that therapists don’t.
Many of my clients have come to me after going through therapy and gaining insight but still binging. Once going through the Food Freedom Experience they see the results they didn’t in therapy. Other clients have done therapy alongside the coaching and others I’ve recommended therapy after they’ve finished coaching to work on any areas that were identified in session but needed more in depth work than I can give.
It’s not that therapy is bad, it’s just not the one stop shop many think it is for overcoming this particular problem.
My programme is evidence-based and informed by behavioral science. It is designed for educational and coaching purposes and is not a substitute for clinical diagnosis or medical treatment for eating disorders.
