I’ve been in your shoes—stuck in the cycle of dieting, battling cravings, and constantly fighting to keep the weight off. After years of trying every diet out there and feeling frustrated with the results, I realized that true change doesn’t come from restriction or quick fixes. It comes from understanding your body and creating sustainable habits that work for you. When I’m not working with clients, I’m at home with my six rescue cats (yes, six!) and running a cat rescue. I’m here to help you break free from the dieting struggle and find peace with your body.

Weekly 1:1 Sessions

The core of the Mind & Body Transformation Programme is our 12, weekly private coaching sessions. This can be done entirely online, through private virtual coaching sessions on Zoom. Each week we will discuss your progress, what challenges you faced and you will receive coaching on what shifts you can make to overcome your challenges.

Tools & Resources

Each week I'll guide you through a new topic that is customised to you and that dives into a different aspect of holistic health and wellness. We cover everything from nutrition, exercise, emotional eating, sugar addiction, cravings, metabolism and fat burning, eating out & more... I have a whole toolkit that we can use to help you with your unique challenges. The best part of coaching 1:1 rather than following a generic plan or being in a group, is that everything is personalised to your needs. You'll also have access to recipe ideas & resources to help you implement the lifestyle changes we talk about, and guide your transformation. ***you'll get lifetime access to all the materials***

Ongoing Support & Accountability

Keep in touch via e mail or What's app between sessions. I respond within office hours, so if you need support or guidance between our weekly sessions, I'll be there to support you and I'll be right by your side, guiding you every step of the way.
