The core of The Habit Transformation Method is our weekly private coaching sessions. These are done entirely online, through private virtual coaching sessions via Zoom. My clients come from all over the UK.

Each week I’ll guide you through a new module that dives into a different aspect of habit and behaviour change. Each week you will build on your new habits that will support your weight loss efforts and create real results you can maintain.

You’ll also have access to beautifully designed workbooks and in between session support via a private client portal to help you implement the lifestyle changes we talk about, and guide your transformation.

About Me

I'm Sarah Parker

I’m a certified health & life coach and the founder of Be Free Health Coaching. I primarily specialise in emotional and binge eating, but I also specialise in habit and behaviour change coaching for sustainable weight loss.

I struggled for years with dieting. I could stick to things for a little bit but then life would throw me off track or I’d think “sod it” and end up eating everything in sight and starting over again.

I searched everywhere for a solution. I spent more than I like to think about on programmes that claimed to help you eat healthy without the diets I hated, only to find they were just diets in disguise.

Lots of information saying that habit change was better than diets but no one there to help show you how exactly to do it. Even when I attempted it on my own I could never stick to it, because back then I didn’t realise habit change isn’t as simple as getting a free habit tracker and doing something for 21 days.

It was my desire to eat healthy but never being able to stick to anything that drove me into training to be a health coach and specialise in habit and behaviour change.

I couldn’t find the solution I wanted, so I had to create it.

The habit transformation method is exactly what I was looking for all those years. It really does allow you to eat food you enjoy and change your life without rigid diet rules or diets in disguise.

I freed myself from diets by building habits that stick and now I can eat healthy and maintain my weight without even having to think about it. Now I’m on a mission to help women do the same.
