Do you struggle with sugar snacking on chocolate, sweet things, biscuits & even chocolate cereal bars?

Here’s one simple tip to ditch your sugar habit, shrink your waistline & even stop needing those midday naps in 2024 + an extra BONUS tip to help you stop snacking on sugar.

Just change this ONE thing.

Switch your chocolate/ sugary snacks for a different snack you enjoy.

Here are some ideas to try….

  • Hummus/ dip & pitta (ideally veggies but this may be a bit of a reach for some so start of with pitta/ crispbread if it feels too much)
  • Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey.
  • Air fried chickpeas, you can add spices such as paprika for flavour. Alternatively, if that’s too much faff then you can buy them already done, a good brand is Hippeas. They’re in most supermarkets.
  • Kettle chips (now this isn’t ideal BUT if you are really struggling switch to this & slowly adjust)
  • Egg muffins. These are so easy to make & tons of free recipe combos if you Google it. You can make them ahead & store them in the fridge. They also make a quick breakfast.

BONUS TIP: Do an online shop rather than going to the supermarket. This way you are more likely to avoid impulse buys & only buy what you need. Supermarkets are laid out deliberately to tempt you. There’s a psychology to their layout.

Kicking the sugar habit can be hard! Especially because there is a big link to cravings & mental health which is rarely mentioned.
